OUR STORY
OPCI was founded by two NHS surgeons who were driven to find innovative ways to improve patient care. While studying data science alongside his clinical work, Justin Green recognised the untapped potential of machine learning to create tools that could make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Collaborating with Professor Mike Reed, Justin developed OpenPredictor—a clinical decision aid specifically designed to enhance pre-operative assessment pathways and improve surgical outcomes.
PRODUCTS
OpenPredictor uses a carefully developed machine learning model to predict patient’s risk of post-operative complications, supporting medical professionals in decision-making and helping hospitals optimise their pre-operative pathways for elective surgeries.
